Spanish Brown Rice

Here is how I made this stuff:
In a frying pan heat 2 Tbsp oil or butter
Add 2 cups instant brown rice, cook like ‘rice-a-roni’ over medium-high heat until it starts to look browner. I also added a cube of tomato- chicken bullion.
Then add 1 can of tomatoes with chilies in it.
Add two cans full of water.
Lower heat to a simmer (low).
Simmer for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed.
Season with salt and pepper.
