Menu & Shopping List #1
I normally only plan 5 meals a week because most of the time we have leftovers, and most weeks we visit a grandma at least once a week.
This weeks plan:
1 Easy Pizza, salad and applesauce
2 Taco Pasta, grapes
3 Chicken Wraps, baby carrots, apple slices
4 Breaded Chicken w/lemon sauce, rice, green beans
5 Chicken & Black Bean Quesadillas, salad, Fruit Smoothie
Shopping list:
1 jar pizza sauce
1 15 oz chopped tomatoes
1 pkg bow tie pasta
1 can olives
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
2 cans corn
1 jar salsa
Chicken broth
Bread crumbs (Italian)
Rice
Applesauce
1 pkg Greek pitas
2 pkg tortillas
Honey mustard
Lemon juice
Baby carrots
Apples
Salad 3 meals worth
1 bell pepper
Green onion
Grapes
1 pkg pepperoni
Cheddar cheese
Colby Jack cheese
Mozzarella cheese
1 16 oz sour cream
Bacon
1/2 lb ground beef
8 chicken breast
1 pkg chicken nuggets
1 bag frozen mixed fruit
You may also need:
Cumin, garlic powder., Chili powder.,
Vanilla, milk, sugar, butter
